Alexander Brothers
The Alexander Brothers – based in Detroit – were some of the best artisans of the trade. Their subtle work (which still involved significant work) helped define the hobby. They served as custom car consultants for the AMT model car kit company in the Sixties where they helped design customizing parts for many of those kit.
In early 2002, The A Brothers' work was celebrated at the 50th anniversary custom car show at Detroit's Cobo Hall.
